Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
- 400g chicken fillets
- Olive oil
- A few garlic cloves
- An onion
- Paprika spice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Red pepper flakes
- 300ml Chicken broth
- 2tbsp mustard
- 1tbsp honey
- Flour
- 2tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika spice, oregano, and red pepper flakes
- Heat the pan with olive oil and cook the chicken fillets until fully cooked
- Take the chicken off the pan and in the same pan cook the chopped onion and garlic
- Add the chicken broth, mustard, and honey. Let it simmer for a few minutes and let liquid to reduce a bit
- Add some flour to thicken the sauce
- Add the chicken back in on the pan with the sauce and cook still for a few minutes
- Serve with fresh parsley on top
