Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken fillets
  • Olive oil
  • A few garlic cloves
  • An onion
  • Paprika spice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 300ml Chicken broth
  • 2tbsp mustard
  • 1tbsp honey
  • Flour
  • 2tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika spice, oregano, and red pepper flakes
  2. Heat the pan with olive oil and cook the chicken fillets until fully cooked
  3. Take the chicken off the pan and in the same pan cook the chopped onion and garlic
  4. Add the chicken broth, mustard, and honey. Let it simmer for a few minutes and let liquid to reduce a bit
  5. Add some flour to thicken the sauce
  6. Add the chicken back in on the pan with the sauce and cook still for a few minutes
  7. Serve with fresh parsley on top
